Again 3 girls return as scorers from 2 years ago and both are in the middle circle. Coe will set the early tone as she is one of 3 girls that could crack 2 minutes this weekend. Sego is one of our returning scorers so she is the one the rest of the heat should be gunning for to not gas themselves out chasing Coe. The rest of the heat is either unproven or wasn’t in high school the last time a state meet was held. Papanicholas is an exception, but she has never shown the big-time chops in any stroke but breaststroke. That said I do like what I have seen of Nawrocki and Bokos. My concern with Diner is if she has anything left in the tank after Oswego’s entire team had massive drops at sectionals. This is always a huge concern for me with a new coaching situation.
